Every DentistSmart item is guaranteed! There are no exceptions!

We want you to be happy. All items manufactured for us are made of the finest materials and craftsmanship we can find. Likewise, all other products we sell must be of exceptionally high quality and value or we will not sell them. No ifs ands or buts.

To Order

Our order process is simple! Just place your items in your shopping cart and follow the steps for checkout. For your security and convenience, we accept credit cards and other forms of payment via Paypal. You will be sent a notification of your purchase order and a notice when your package has been shipped.

Payment Methods

We use PayPal to process all payment transactions. Paypal accepts most credit cards and other forms of payment. We know of no merchant services that offer so many ways to submit payment and, when you process payment through PayPal, you have the power and reputation of one of the largest public companies on the Internet.

Shipping Methods

For our buyers in the United States we ship via Priority Mail, UPS and Fed Ex. For our international buyers we ship Air Parcel Post and Air Letter Post and if at all possible, we ship Global Priority.

You will be sent an email once the package has been shipped. We will also send a label number or tracking number for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. All claims must be filed directly with the respective carrier. We will be glad to re-send your tracking number if needed. We will ALWAYS do our best to make every transaction as care free as possible!


We guarantee all items from the DentistSmart store. If an item is defective, we will promptly replace it or issue a refund in full. Returns for any other reason, will result in a full refund excluding all shipping fees.


If you need to return an item, simply email us within 48 hours of receiving your item for a return authorization. You must get a return authorization before returning any item. Return the item within 5 days (10 days International ) in the same box and in the same condition as you received it, unworn and undamaged. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund less a 20% restocking fee. Sorry we do not refund shipping fees.
