American Board of Endodontics Announces New Diplomates for 2006

CHICAGO, Illinois – Achieving Diplomate status requires many years of hard work and deep commitment to professional excellence: it is the ultimate recognition of an individual's knowledge and expertise in endodontics. The American Board of Endodontics (ABE) recently announced sixteen endodontists achieved board certification and twenty-three endodontists achieved the status of Diplomates of the American Board of Endodontics.

American Board of Endodontics Announces Additional Board Eligibility Status

NEW YORK, New York – For the last several years, the Directors of the American Boar of Endodontics (ABE) have discussed expanding the opportunities for participation in the Board Certification process. During the Annual Session in Dallas, the ABE changed its policy, and now allows an unprecedented third Board Eligible status to all Educationally Qualified Endodontists. Interested parties can now submit a new Preliminary Application and Track Selection Form to begin a new cycle. Kenneth M. Hargreaves, DDS, PhD Appointed Editor of The Journal of Endodontics

CHICAGO, Illinois – The American Association of Endodontists (AAE) appointed Dr. Kenneth M. Hargreaves of San Antonio, Texas, as Editor of the Journal of Endodontics, effective January 1, 2003. The Journal is the premier publication for the specialty of endodontics and features clinical information endodontists apply to their practices, such as new technology and techniques, and the latest scientific reports with clinical implications. Dr. Hargreaves succeeds Dr. Henry J. Van Hassel, who retired as editor after 15 years.
