Randolph Dentist Named President of Massachusetts Dental Society

SOUTHBOROUGH, Massachusetts – Richard LoGuercio, DDS, has been elected president of the Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS), a statewide organization serving over 4,500 member dentists. "One of the primary missions of the Massachusetts Dental Society, as I see it, is to make accessible all the resources needed by our member dentists so they can serve their patients in the best possible manner," he says. Dr. LoGuercio practices general dentistry at 56 South Main Street in Randolph.

In addition to his many other positions held at MDS, Dr. LoGuercio has served as vice president and as a delegate for the American Dental Association's annual meeting. Furthermore, Dr. LoGuercio was a member of the Public Relations Committee and chaired the Dental Society's annual meeting, Yankee Dental Congress, the fifth largest dental meeting in the country. From 1995 to 1999, he served on the Board of Directors of the Eastern Dentists Insurance Company.

He has held teaching positions at both Harvard University Dental School and Massasoit Community College.

A ***** laude graduate of the University of Detroit Dental School, Dr. LoGuercio completed his undergraduate studies at Carroll College in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

He is a member of many professional dental honor societies and was named a fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, the Academy of Dentistry International, the American College of Dentists, and the International College of Dentists. Dr. LoGuercio resides in Norwell with his wife, Kay, and is the father of daughters Kerry and Nicole.
